The sixth edition of this historic-centre festival in Acquarica: two evenings devoted to Salento food, local history, traditions and folklore.
Why we created it
Now in its sixth edition, La via dei Sapori has turned a food event into a route through Acquarica. It combines cooking, street artists, local history and folklore, so visitors do not remain before a single stage but move through the old centre following aromas, music and small performances.
